Note: Many documents are zipped and need to be downloaded and unzipped. Microsoft
          Windows should be able unzip the file after it is saved to your computer. If this does
           not work  you can use a program like WinZip©.  If you do not have such a  program,
           go to the download site for WinZip©. ( click here for free winzip trial version).

Step 1: Click on the link of the desired document (zipped file) to download.
           
Step 2: A 'File Download' window will open. Click on the 'Save' button to save your download.

Step 3: A 'Save As' window will open. Navigate to a folder in which you would like to save
            your file and click the'Save' button.

Step 4:  The download will start and when finished a 'Download complete' window will open.
             Click on the 'Open Folder' button and select and open the file. Windows should unzip
             the file. If not download the trial version of winzip.

Step 5:  Windows will display a list of  adobe files. Double-click on the file (Adobe
             document) to open it up in Adobe.  click here for free adobe reader
