Job Description:
Currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/AA for a smoke free environment. Qualified candidate will
be responsible for the organization and flow of general office functions. Will enter invoices using general
accounting software. Candidate will assist Project Managers with the preparation and organization of all
bid and project documents. Will also be responsible for filing, other miscellaneous bookkeeping, and
accounts payable.

Qualifications:
· Must have HS diploma or higher and a minimum of 3 years experience as an AA or bookkeeper.
· Must have proficient knowledge of Lotus/Excel, MS Office, and Internet.
· Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Must have basic office and administrative skills, excellent grammar, and phone etiquette.

Project Superintendent:

Job Description:
Currently seeking full-time Superintendent for commercial renovation, additions, and new construction.
Candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of the on-site construction
to ensure each project is executed according to plans and specifications. Responsibilities include shop drawings,
submittal review, scheduling, vendor coordination, safety program enforcement and team coordination with
project manager to manage daily project operations.

Qualifications:
· Must have solid and stable work history with a minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction.
· Must have experience supervising subcontractors, ordering materials, and maintaining job schedule.
· Must have professional demeanor and excellent communications skills.
· Must have working knowledge of commercial construction, must be able to read blueprints, and must
  have some "hands-on" construction experience.

Project Manager/Estimator:

Job Description:
Currently seeking full-time Project Manager/Estimator for a smoke free environment. Qualified applicant
will analyze blueprints and specifications and produce material take-offs. Will accurately price/estimate project
cost after performing take-offs. Will also be responsible for the organization of all pre-construction documents,
bids, and other administrative functions. Candidate will work hand in hand with Project Superintendent, architect,
and owners to ensure jobs are carried out on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
· Must have HS diploma, a minimum 3 years experience as an Estimator/PM in commercial construction,
  or college degree (Construction Mgt., Civil Engineering, or Building Construction)
· Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
· Must be a non-smoker.
· Must be organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle multiple task.
· Must have strong blueprint reading skills and computer skills.
